Dr. Kalan grew out of a pet nutrition manufacturing business, not a marketing one. Our research and development team works alongside the people who run the line, so a formulation and the way it is produced are decided together.

It means slower answers at the drawing board and far fewer compromises at the end of it. That trade is deliberate.
